Colleen Trotter – Colleen is a former elementary school teacher. She also went on to work for Houghton Mifflin working with teachers and giving presentations on how better to utilize their textbooks and materials purchased by their school districts. Steve was traveling every other week to Boston, Amsterdam, Singapore, etc and in 2005 they decided to work together and became realtors. Colleen acquired two designations right from the start. “I can’t thank you enough for the amazing and fantastic service and dedication you have done to complete the whole process of selling my home in record time. You have my heartfelt gratitude and enduring appreciation, not only for the additional income, but also for your very effective approach of preparing, staging, and marketing. Not to mention helping me move and set up my new apartment, putting things in storage, loading the dumpster, etc., etc. Your team is a remarkable expression of timing, technique, troubleshooting, and tremendous success.” Bob Krvavica
” Steve and Colleen are very nice people. They are in this business to help others. Colleen met me while she was looking for a home for someone else. I invited her in right away because she is someone you can trust. She was really concerned about my health and the two stairways I had to climb. We started looking for a smaller one story home and in that process we became good friends. I can call her for anything! I call her my California daughter. I am very happy in my new home.” Parvin Ghaffouri
