We had another great quarterly meeting yesterday at the Nevada County Association of Realtors. We had a special presentation by Tom Burk, VP, Senior Business Consultant-Western Business Region about the importance of growing your business. Our managers then did their presentations. Rick DeJesus, owner, talked about the current market statistics and the company profile. Cary Sanders, sales manager, talked about sales boosting techniques and promoted the Buffini Peak Producers class being held in May. Diann Patton, Managing Broker and Co-owner, led the social media panel. The goal of the panel was to further educate agents about how social media can be used to grow their business. This meeting was unique because we got to congratulate our first class of Buffini Graduates. For 12 weeks, eleven agents met in the Grass Valley office to watch and learn about Brian Buffini’s methods of growing their business. All of the agent’s who participated spoke highly of how the courses taught them how to grow their business and how to be better agents. Even the agent’s who had been in the business for 30 years talked about how it gave them a new perspective. We are very proud of our agents for completing the course.  The meeting completed with Rick giving his predictions for the next few months.  We are looking forward to our next meeting in the summer!
