About Sarka Sarkisian
I am a California native that was raised in the country, lived many years in the hustle bustle of the big city and now my family and I are happily back to nature in the Yuba Watershed of California’s Gold Country. I am an outdoor adventurer, lover of food, music, art and the celebration of life with the community.
For over nine years, my priorities have been finding the perfect stewards for clients’ homes while selling them for a strong value; getting folks into contract on desirable homes that have multiple offers; helping clients navigate investments and finding beautiful raw land.
Before my real estate career, I worked in the architectural trades which refined my knowledge and eye for the good, bad and the ugly of what makes homes tick and how to enhance their beauty. Over the years I have built a fantastic referral team of tradesmen, inspectors and financial specialists to help my clients.
I am incredibly grateful for having had the experience of being on a top producing team in the bay area which sharpened my negotiating skills and ability to easily navigate through our local market for clients. What I pride myself on the most is making it a priority to be a good listener, problem solve and work as a team to help clients satisfy their wants and needs in the face of competition.
