Cartus, based in Danbury, Conn. and Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty headquartered in Grass Valley, CA, have entered into an agreement granting Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty the status of Associate Broker in the Cartus Broker Network, the nation’s leading real estate real estate broker and referral network consisting of more than 800 brokers which serve the clients and customers of Cartus.

The agreement establishes the firm’s relationship with Cartus.  Under the agreement Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty in conjunction with New Futures RE, Inc. will have the opportunity to manage Cartus’ relocation business and corporate properties within the Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty market areas.  In addition to Grass Valley, CA operations, Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty has regional offices in Nevada City, Penn Valley, and Auburn, CA.

A designated team of highly trained relocation specialist, Bob Sawyer, Dee Mariani, Emily Menesini, and Jim Frank will be serving both Nevada and Placer Counties. USAA Members, corporate, government and military personnel are some of the groups that utilize the Cartus relocation services.
