Grass Roots Realty was founded in 1979 and was known as a small office with a mighty, local force. When Coldwell Banker came to town in 1983, looking for an opportunity to join forces with a professional, successful real estate company, it was apparent Grass Roots Realty was the right choice for them. The marriage of the two entities was a success from day one. By providing a national presence, a name recognized by many, and a legacy dating back to 1906, Coldwell Banker was able to offer Grass Roots Realty more exposure to their client’s listings, and a larger toolbox of services.
