If you are a seller, we handle all the marketing details personally, including staging, photos, flyer and ad design. We personally follow up on all viewings.

We have lived in south Nevada County for 25 years and know the area intimately. We have over 35 years of highly successful sales experience working with clients from whom we have gained the trust and respect to refer us to their friends, family and neighbors. We specialize in homes and land in Nevada and Placer Counties, particularly in Auburn, Lake of the Pines, Alta Sierra and Grass Valley.

My Community Involvement:

I enjoy serving my community by volunteering as head chaplain of Placer County Juvenile Hall, teaching Sunday School and Bible studies. I serve as the Publicity chairperson for the Lake of the Pines Firebelles. I work to actively support a number of charitable organizations in Placer and Nevada counties.
