Dawn started with CBGRR in her late teens as a receptionist and later blossomed into a successful Sales Associate. After taking some time to raise her daughter, she has decided to return to the real estate industry.
Dawn has over twenty-five years of experience in our industry and is a well respected Realtor. She was voted The Union’s “Best Real Estate Agent” in Nevada County in 2004 and was awarded the prestigious CBGRR “Charles Brock Community Service Award” in 2006. She excels in home staging and is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.

Dawn is a Nevada Union High School graduate and college educated with an emphasis in economics and finance. Dawn is diligent in nutrition and fitness as she is a personal trainer and a certified fitness instructor. Dawn enjoys living in the downtown Grass Valley area and she and her family take advantage of everything Nevada County has to offer including hiking, river days, local festivities and food.
