Every month we like to take some time out to congratulate our tops of the previous month. We have three categories: producers, sellers, and listers. The top producers are those individuals and teams that have brought the most money into the company, the top sellers are those who have sold the most units, and the top listers are those who have listed the most units. Sometimes we have one agent or group who sweeps all of the sections. Other times we have multiple agents and teams in each category. Here are the results for January.
This month, our top selling agent is Tim Fahey, and Greg Sharp, Bob Sawyer, and Dianne Williams are our top listing agents. The Congdon Group is our top producing team, top selling team, and top listing team. Team Harley tied with the Congdon Group for top listing team.
