The BYLT strives to create a balance between nature and the people who live amongst it. They are committed to promoting voluntary conservation of our natural, historical, and agricultural resources in the Bear and Yuba watersheds of the Sierra Nevada Foothills. They do this through the permanent protection and enhancement of natural areas, farms, ranches, trails, and parks to provide a lasting community heritage. Over the course of more than 25 years, the Bear Yuba Land Trust has been able to save more than 9,000 acres.
As sponsors of the Bear Yuba Land Trust, Coldwell Banker has eight membership passes available. A $50 value, these passes are good for couples or a family. Membership includes: a copy of the quarterly newsletter, discounts on fees for Treks and events, special members only events, and other land trust activities.
