Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (CBGRR) would like to announce a successful public/private partnership program where working with local community minded businesses benefits both the premier partners and local hard working families. The partnership works because these organizations have a vested interest in homeownership with parallel goals and aligned values.
What makes these two companies partners rather than just significant financial supporters of this cause is first the approach, and second the creative collaborative efforts.
This is a partnership based on long-term commitments to provide real solutions to housing while at the same time creating opportunities for business goals to be met.
Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty agents work on home builds throughout the year which helps with corporate team building while promoting the benefits of homeownership. In addition, for the past two years CBGRR has donated monies to Habitat from each of its real estate sales.
