During this difficult time of the COVID-19 epidemic, we take your health and ours very seriously. We wish for you to know that at this time we have chosen to take the directive from our Governor of California and obey the Stay-At-Home ordinance in order to assure you, our staff, agents, and public members that we are doing what we feel is our part in curbing the spread of this virus.
Our physical offices will be closed to the public and our agents and staff will be working from home, however we will maintain real estate business as usual, just in a different fashion. Should you need to meet personally with your agent, please contact them directly so that you can work out the details amongst yourselves. We feel fortunate that our business has trended toward being able to not only work remotely, but also connect with people from our computers, phones, videos, and conference calls.
This is a good time to take a look at homes virtually as our agents take pride in showcasing their listings with professional photography and often video as well. Should you wish to personally visit one of our listings, please again, contact your agent and they will advise you as to any special instructions the sellers may have in place for physical viewings.
