How Market Ready Concierge Works

The process is designed to be straightforward.

1. Meet With Your REALTOR®
Start by discussing your selling goals and the improvements that may make the most sense for your property.
Your Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty REALTOR® can help you identify projects that may improve the presentation of your home without recommending unnecessary work.

2. Apply for Market Ready Concierge
If you are interested in the program, you can apply to determine whether you qualify.
Eligibility and loan approval are determined by Notable, and approval is not guaranteed.

3. Complete the Improvements
Once approved, eligible funds can be used for qualifying home-selling expenses.
This may allow you to address projects that otherwise could have delayed your listing.

4. Put Your Home on the Market
Once the improvements are complete, your REALTOR® can move forward with preparing your property for professional photography, marketing and the listing launch.

5. Repay Through the Closing Process*
Loan funds, interest and applicable fees are repaid according to the terms of the loan agreement and applicable program requirements. There are no monthly payments, but interest applies.

Could You Qualify?

Current program materials list the following qualifications:

• 680+ FICO — up to $50,000
• 780+ FICO — up to $75,000
• Property list price under $4 million
• Sufficient equity in the home
• Listing agreement in place
• Additional qualifications may apply

Current program costs include interest ranging from 0.75% per month (8.99% APR) to 1.42% per month (16.99% APR) and a $499 origination fee. There are no monthly payments.
