It’s that time of year! The corn dogs are being prepared, animals are being groomed to look their best, and our agents and staff are out making our fair booth look amazing. Every year, Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty spends months preparing our fair booth for the fair. This year we have a little white washed barn complete with gingham curtains and a bushel of apples out front.
Need to escape the warm weather temporarily? Stop by the main building where we are located. We’ll have agents on hand to answer all of your real estate questions.
Want to take a fun picture? We have an area set up where you can take fun barn themed photos with your kids.
We also have a contest going on at our booth. You can guess the weight of the basket with the popcorn goodies. If you guess correctly, you win the goodies! The winer will be announced August 17th.
