Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (CBGRR) is pleased to announce the association of Cary Sanders, Broker Associate and Sales Manager, joining our Grass Valley office!
We are so very pleased to welcome Cary to our Grass Valley office in a dual role: Sales Associate and Sales Manager. Cary joins us with a unique blend of experience in real estate sales, training, marketing, and management. Not only does he hold a broker’s license, Cary is also a certified mentor for Buffini & Company. Cary has managed real estate offices and companies for over six years and has been responsible for all aspects of brokerage supervision. He has overseen a few thousand transactions, trained hundreds of agents in all aspects of an agent’s duties, and supported agents ranging in experience from total newbies to forty-year veterans. “We feel so fortunate to have Cary join our management team in addition to our team of sales professionals,” says Rick Dejesus Co-Owner and General Manager of CBGRR. “He brings with him a remarkable amount of knowledge that will be so beneficial to his clients and to his peers here at CBGRR,” says Dejesus.
While still helping his existing clientele with their real estate needs, Cary will be responsible in part for agent training, contract guidance, sales coaching and mentoring, developing strategies to improve the company’s market share, business planning, recruiting new licensees and experienced agents, referral agent management, and systems training. “I am so thankful that our partnership is a good fit for me as well as CBGRR. It’s my privilege to support all the company’s top-quality associates, and I am confident that even greater things lie ahead for all of us in the future.”
Cary graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. degree in Biological Sciences. He had planned to be a small town doctor but has made his profession real estate since 2002, earning Rookie of the Year right out of the chute. Cary and his wife have three adult children and three children still in the home. In addition to being an avid outdoor sportsman, Cary enjoys giving back to the community. He currently serves on the local Salvation Army Advisory Board, and you may have read about his frequent platelet donation as he was highlighted in the current issue of BloodSource’s magazine, “On Saving Lives.”
