Greg and Dee Bulanti of Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (CBGRR) were recently awarded the Charles Brock III Community Service Award for 2019. This coveted award is given each year in honor of those who make a significant contribution to not only their community, but also to the real estate industry, their clients, and peers. Prior award recipients gather each year to nominate an individual or couple whose service stands above the crowd and pay tribute to them at Coldwell Banker’s Annual Awards Celebration.

As this year’s recipients, Greg and Dee, are notoriously known in our community for their faithful support of so many different non-profit and community service entities. A few of the things they support are:  The Friendship Club, Music in the Mountains, Chamber of Commerce, Gold Country Celtic Society, Hospital Foundation, and Marching Presidents (Constitution Parade). Additionally, Greg is Chairman of the Grass Valley Planning Commission, served many years at the local Association of Realtors as chair of numerous committees, as Director, and President, is currently Chair of several committees at the state and national levels of the Realtor Association, and is also a State Director.

Dee, a nearly 35-year veteran of the real estate industry, partnered with Greg in opening their own brokerage in 1994 in Downieville, CA.  They eventually moved their brokerage to downtown Grass Valley where they currently help buyers and sellers in Nevada County, Sierra County and surrounding communities. The Bulantis have been with Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty for the past three years, all while conducting their selfless community service.

“Greg and Dee amaze me with their continual contributions to our community. It’s hard to find an event where the Bulantis are not in the audience or up on the stage supporting the cause,”   says Tom Myers, 2018 Community Award recipient.
